Abstract533)      PDF (1441KB)(273)
nder alkaline conditions, mesoporous molecular sieve Ce-MCM-41 was successfully synthesized by using sodium metasilicate as aluminum source, cerium nitrate as cerium source, and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) as structural template. The synthesized Ce-MCM-41 molecular sieve was characterized by XRD and FT-IR. XRD and FT-IR characterization results indicated that Ce atom had entered the framework of MCM-41. The Ce-MCM-41 molecular sieve was used to adsorb and separate nitrides in the oil products. The factors which had a significant effect on the denitrification rate and the optimum technological conditions in certain parameters range were studied. The results show that the optimum conditions for the denitrogenation of simulated oil by Ce-MCM-41 molecular sieve are: 3.0 hours of adsorption time, 80 ℃ of adsorption temperature, 20 mass ratio of oil, the denitrification rate is 85.67%.

Abstract662)      PDF (2171KB)(177)
With CTAB as template, the β/MCM-41 micro-mesoporous composite molecular sieve has been synthesized by self-assembly of the zeolite structure fragments and the structural units obtained by alkali-treated β zeolite, and the effects of the alkali solution concentration, CTAB dosage in the synthesis process of β/MCM-41 was investigated. The β/MCM-41 composite molecular sieve with well long-range order can be synthesized under the optimum conditions: The solution concentration of NaOH is 1.5 mol/L and the mass fraction of CTAB is 10%. Then the Ce- β/MCM-41 composite molecular sieve doped skeleton with rare earth metal Ce was synthesized and the effect of Ce doping amount (Ce/ β=0.03, 0.08) on Ce- β/MCM-41 was investigated. The result shows that the 0.03-Ce- β/MCM-41 had a well long-range order. The effect of acetylation reaction conditions on the yield of p-MOAP was investigated by using 0.03-Ce- β/MCM-41 as a catalyst in a fixed bed. The single-factor experiments showes that the 4.0 h p-MOAP yield is 58.6% under the conditions: The velocity of the reactants flow is 65 mL/h, the LHSV is 6.5 h -1, reaction temperature is 140 ℃ and n(AN)/n(AA)=6.0.

Abstract706)      PDF (1497KB)(394)
In flow measurement field, the differential pressure flowmeter was used widely. Adopting highprecision calibration system to calibration differential pressure flowmeter, the flow coefficient of the flowmeter was obtained. And the error analysis of the flow coefficient with scientific method was made to draw calibration result and its error accuracy. The results show that the measurement errors of the flowmeter followed the standard, and the flowmeter could be used for the actual measurement in the field.

Modified Smith Predictor Controller for Integrating Processes With Long Dead Time
LI Hui-ju, ZHAI Chun-yan
Abstract318)      PDF (225KB)(295)
A simple modified Smith predictor controller design was proposed for integrating processes with long dead time. The overall control structure introduced two physically meaningful tuning parameters. One was used to set the speed of the closed-loop servo response and the other was used to set the performance of the load response. A simple controller tuning method was also developed to obtain the PI tuning parameters. With a given estimation of the unmatched model, the stability region of the tuning parameter was estimated. Two examples were used to demonstrate the effectiveness of the method.

Abstract362)      PDF (244KB)(184)
A predictive control method based on differential evolution was put forward in connection with changing parameters nonlinear model. By using neural network and accord as input and output data of the system, a predictive model was established. And then differential evolution algorithm was used to do rolling optimization and improve system performance accordingly. At last, GA and DE were used respectively to do predictive simulation to realize the rolling optimization and compare the two results. The two simulation results show that the rolling optimization of predictive control based on DE is better than that based on GA on the whole.
